Be prepared to be amazed of what you are going to read, because the people who did this are ready to be ashamed. This country has second-hand defense. Its name is Romania! This is not a joke. Despite the fact that military industry here is almost dead, we are buying second-hand F-16 fighter-planes from Portugal (as far as I remember) that are going to be refurbished for further use. I guess some defense is better than none!
